Do I require a H.I.P.?
HIPs were unpopular with property professionals and those buying and selling homes. HIPs were suspended as of 21 May 2010.

Energy Performance Certificates
These are stil required. Sellers are still be required to commission, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.
